Alert the media!!

Blaine will be wearing a dress to her 6th grade "graduation". I can count, on one hand, the number of times this has happened since she was 5.

It is a beautifully simple, black(of course), strapless number with white accents.

But, wearing a dress does not go without Blaine adding her own personal touches and flavor. She has decided to make the dress her own by wearing it with "formal", all black, Chucks.
